CroUltra24 Event Guidelines
What are the safety measures in place?
We prioritize participant safety with our stuff on standby, clear signage, and designated rest areas. All participants must adhere to the safety instructions provided by the organizers.
How is sportsmanship encouraged during the event?
We emphasize fair play and mutual respect among participants. Any unsportsmanlike conduct will result in penalties or disqualification, ensuring a positive experience for everyone.
What happens in case of bad weather?
In the event of severe weather, the organizers may modify or cancel the race for safety reasons. Participants will be informed promptly of any changes to the schedule.
Can participants appeal against decisions?
Yes, participants can file an appeal with a deposit of €70. The deposit is refundable if the appeal is successful. Appeals must be submitted in writing format during the event or within one hour after its conclusion. Final decision on appeal is made in 24h time after the event has finished.
Are there awards for special achievements?
Yes, special awards are given for exceptional achievements such as setting a world record or demonstrating outstanding sportsmanship. These are decided by the event director and organizing committee.
Withdrawal Procedures
Steps for Withdrawing from CroUltra24
If you need to withdraw from the event, promptly inform the registration office and return your start number and timing chip. This helps us maintain accurate records and ensure the safety of all participants.
Participants are responsible for notifying the organizers of their withdrawal. Failure to do so may result in penalties or affect future participation eligibility.

Team Participation Guidelines
At CroUltra24, team participation is structured to ensure fairness and excitement. Each team must consist of either two or four members, with categories for male, female, and mixed teams. Mixed teams must include at least one member of each gender. Team members can switch roles as often as desired, but all exchanges must occur in officially designated areas. The exchange is signaled by a high-five or a touch on the upper body. Any deviation from these rules, such as circle sharing, will lead to disqualification. In case of mechanical issues, riders may receive assistance but must complete the circuit themselves. The organizer reserves the right to modify these rules for safety reasons, with timely notification to all teams.
