Pravila ultramaratona za sve sudionike
- Svi sudionici (biciklisti i pratitelji) dužni su postupati u skladu s ovim pravilima i pridržavati se cestovno prometnih propisa Republike Hrvatske.
- Biciklisti moraju voziti standardni (cestovni, kronometar) nemotorizirani bicikl opremljen svjetlosno reflektirajućim elementima (naljepnica, mačje oko). Bicikli moraju imati prednja i stražnja svjetla. Bicikli će biti pregledani na tehničkom pregledu prije starta. Tijekom ultramaratona možete mijenjati bicikle, ali svi bicikli moraju biti pregledani i u skladu s pravilima.
- Noćno vrijeme je od 20:00 do 07:00 sati i tada je obavezna upotreba prednjih (bijelih) i stražnjih (crvenih) svjetala, koja moraju biti upaljena bez bljeskanja. Kršenje ovog pravila rezultirat će diskvalifikacijom, stoga imajte dovoljno baterija / pune baterije. Osim toga, vozači moraju imati reflektirajuće naljepnice na okviru (prednje i stražnje vilice) i na kotačima (vidljive sa strane). U slučaju slabe vidljivosti tijekom dana, organizator može zatražiti korištenje svjetala izvan navedenog noćnog vremena. Preporuča se korištenje sigurnosnog prsluka odnosno drugi reflektirajuću odjeću.
- Za cijelo vrijeme trajanja ultramaratona obavezna je uporaba biciklističke kacige. Kaciga mora biti atestirana i pravilno pričvršćena. U slučaju da će glavni sponzor osigurati naljepnice za kacige, svi vozači ih moraju nositi na kacigama. Kršenje ovog pravila rezultirat će diskvalifikacijom.
- Osiguranje od nezgode i osiguranje od trećih osoba obveza je sudionika. Organizator ne preuzima nikakvu odgovornost za ozljede / gubitak / krađu ljudi i predmeta. Potpisom na pristupnici sudionik potvrđuje da je osiguran od nezgode i od trećih osoba u dovoljnom iznosu i s odgovarajućom odgovornošću. Istim potpisom potvrđuje da je upoznat s pravilima natjecanja, da se s njima slaže i da će ih se pridržavati.
- Dopušteni su dodaci štoperice na upravljaču. Dopušteni su diskovi i kotači s najmanje tri “žbice”. Ležeći i HPV bicikli su zabranjeni! U slučaju sumnje, odluka je na tehničkom direktoru događaja. O navedenom će odlučiti od slučaja do slučaja, posebice s obzirom na opću sigurnost.
- Dopušteno je sponzorsko oglašavanje na dresovima. Dodatna službena oznaka sponzora je obavezna ako organizator tako odluči.
- Brojanje krugova se vrši automatski uz pomoć čipova, koji su dio natjecateljskog broja, a koje svaki natjecatelj mora pričvrstiti na bicikl prema uputama prilikom preuzimanja. Broj se ne smije rezati ili mijenjati na bilo koji drugi način. U slučaju rezervnog kotača, natjecatelj dobiva 2 broja. Nakon završetka, brojevi se vraćaju u prijavnu službu.
- Ultramaraton nije zatvoren za promet, sudionici se moraju pridržavati cestovno prometnih propisa Republike Hrvatske. Natjecatelji su odgovorni za svoju sigurnost i sigurnost drugih sudionika u prometu. U slučaju opasne vožnje zbog umora ili pospanosti, direktor ultramaratona može isključiti sudionika i odrediti mu odmor od 30 minuta.
- Vozila iz pratnje i osobna vozila ili bilo kakva pomoć na cesti su zabranjeni, osim u za to predviđenom prostoru i uz najavu tehničkom direktoru. Zabranjeno je uzimati osvježenje tijekom ultramaratona od osoba na biciklima bez startnog broja te od motociklista i automobilista, osim ako se ne radi o službenom vozilu organizatora. Dopušteno je dodavanje hrane biciklistima sa startnim brojem.
- Vožnja u zavjetrini motornih i nemotornih vozila svih vrsta, osim ostalih biciklista sa startnim brojevima, kažnjava se diskvalifikacijom. Isto vrijedi i za skraćivanje rute – trenutna diskvalifikacija.
- U slučaju da biciklist izleti sa staze, ultramaraton se može nastaviti, ali se mora vratiti na točku gdje je napustio stazu. Mora odmah osobno ili uz pomoć ekipe obavijestiti službu za mjerenje vremena. Mora prijaviti startni broj, mjesto i vrijeme.
- Tijekom ultramaratona dozvoljen je neograničen broj zaustavljanja sudionika. Vožnja preko startno-ciljnog tepiha dopuštena je samo biciklistima koji sudjeluju u ultramaratonu.
- U svakoj kategoriji uzimaju se u obzir samo potpuno odvoženi krugovi. Biciklisti mogu završiti krug koji su započeli najmanje 1 sekundu prije isteka vremena natjecanja (11h 59min 59s i 23h 59min 59sec). Za postizanje pojedinačnih ili ekipnih rekorda koristit će se motociklistička pratnja sudaca. U slučaju izjednačenog broja krugova i kilometara u obzir se uzima redoslijed na cilju (vrijeme dolaska na cilj).
- U slučaju katastrofalno lošeg vremena ili izvanrednih okolnosti, voditelj događaja može odlučiti skratiti ili otkazati ultramaraton. U tom slučaju startnine se sudionicima ne vraćaju. Jednako tako, neiskorištene usluge organizatora neće biti nadoknađene.
- Biciklisti odnosno ekipe koje će odustati moraju o tome što prije obavijestiti organizatora (povrat startnih brojeva i čipova u prijavnom uredu).
- Pisanje/crtanje poruka na površini ceste je zabranjeno. Troškovi uklanjanja odn čišćenje takvog pisanja navijačkih poruka bit će nametnuto timu koji ih je prekršio. Time će se pozabaviti odgovorne osobe.
- Svaki sudionik (solo i tim) dobit će startni broj. Sudionik je dužan postaviti broj na bicikl prema uputama organizatora tako da bude jasno vidljiv organizatoru/sucima. Vozač čiji broj nije vidljiv bit će diskvalificiran. Primjenjuje se i u lošim vremenskim uvjetima.
- U startno-ciljnoj ravnini strogo ćemo se pridržavati ograničenja brzine od 25 km/h i zabrane pretjecanja natjecatelja. Vrijedi 30 metara prije cilja prena desnom zavojupa sve do lijevog zavoja kod podvožnjaka. Kazna za prekršaj prvi put će biti opomena (o kojoj se obavještava natjecateljski tim), a svaki sljedeći put će se 5km brisati iz konačnog rezultata postignutog unutar 12 ili 24 sata.
- Dodavanje hrane i pića solo natjecateljima odvija se samo od skretanja s glavne ceste u Oriovcu desno, na oznaćenoj Feed Zoni 1, 30 metara prije cilja, a inače isključivo s desne strane staze. Druga Feed Zona nalazi se u Slavonski Koboš, na 8 kilometru staze. Dakle, natjecatelj koji želi pokupiti bocu s vodom/hranu/što god mora stati u red s desne strane staze, natjecatelji koji nastave vožnju bez ometanja ostaju s lijeve strane staze. U slučaju da natjecatelj dodatno smanji brzinu pri preuzimanju, dozvoljeno ga je pretjecati samo s lijeve strane. Natjecatelji bez tima moraju stati u svom boksu.
21.Tim se sastoji od dva / četiri vozača. Ekipe se dijele na ženske, muške ili mješovite, ako je prijavljeno više od tri ekipe svake vrste. Inače, svi timovi računaju se kao zajednička kategorija. U mješovitoj ekipi mora biti najmanje jedna natjecateljica.
- Na stazi natjecanja može biti samo jedan vozač tima. Članovi tima mogu se mijenjati koliko god često žele, ali promjena se mora izvršiti u službeno određenom prostoru za promjenu. Razmjena se vrši “give me high five” dodirom ruku ili dodirom gornjeg dijela tijela natjecatelja koji će sljedeći krenuti na stazu. U posebnim slučajevima (primjerice iz sigurnosnih razloga) organizator može uzeti pravo izmjene odredaba ovog pravila – čak i tijekom samog natjecanja – ali o promjeni mora obavijestiti timove na vrijeme. Član tima koji je započeo određenu rundu mora je završiti u cijelosti. “Dijeljenje kruga” između više članova tima nije dopušteno i rezultira trenutnom diskvalifikacijom!!! U primjeru kvara bicikala, vozać može primit pomoć ekipe ali mora završiti krug u potpunosti.
- Žalba na odluku voditelja natjecanja ili na ponašanje protivničkih ekipa ili sudionika moguća je uz uplatu depozita od 70,00 €. Polog se vraća u slučaju pozitivnog rješenja prigovora. Prigovor se mora podnijeti u pisanom obliku od strane samog sudionika ili njegovog šefa tima tijekom samog ultramaratona ili do sat vremena nakon završetka, prije dodjele nagrada.
- Nakon završenog ultramaratona sudionici dobivaju diplome s duljinom prijeđenih kilometara. Prva tri u kategoriji dobivaju metaramedalje i/ili pehare.
- O posebnim nagradama za postignuća kao što su svjetski rekord, najbrži krug, fair-play ili druga posebna postignuća odlučit će direktor događaja s organizacijskim odborom prije, tijekom ili nakon događaja, ako za to postoji dovoljno razloga.
- Glavna svrha ovog ultramaratona je približavanje izdržljivosti odnosno ultra biciklizam za širu javnost. Financijski aspekt događanja je u drugom planu. U slučaju zarade, koristit će se za druge sportske događaje.

Opće pravilo
Budući da je nemoguće predvidjeti sve situacije koje se mogu dogoditi tijekom događaja, organizator će odlučiti o svakom nepredviđenom i neočekivanom događaju zasebno. Mogu se primijeniti upozorenja, vremenske naknade, novčane kazne ili diskvalifikacija. U slučaju trenutačne diskvalifikacije, sudionik nema pravo na nikakvu naknadu.
Sigurnost, sportski duh i poštenje temeljne su vrijednosti koje se očekuju od sudionika, njihovih timova i organizatora. Vozač je odgovoran za postupke svojih suputnika. U slučaju neprimjerenog ponašanja njegovog tima za podršku, vozač također može biti diskvalificiran.

Ultramarathon rules for all participants
1. All participants (cyclists and companions) are obliged to act in accordance with these rules and comply with the road traffic regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
2. Cyclists must ride a standard (road, time trial) non-motorized bicycle equipped with light-reflecting elements (sticker, cat’s eye). Bicycles must have front and rear lights. The bikes will be inspected at the technical inspection before the start. You can change bikes during the ultramarathon, but all bikes must be inspected and in compliance with the rules.
3.Night time is from 8:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and then it is mandatory to use the front (white) and rear (red) lights, which must be lit without flashing. Violation of this rule will result in disqualification, so have enough batteries / full batteries. In addition, riders must have reflective stickers on the frame (front and rear forks) and wheels (visible from the side). In case of poor visibility during the day, the organizer may request the use of lights outside the specified night time. It is recommended to use a safety vest or other reflective clothing.
4.The use of a bicycle helmet is mandatory for the entire duration of the ultramarathon. The helmet must be certified and properly fastened. In the event that the main sponsor will provide helmet stickers, all riders must wear them on their helmets. Violation of this rule will result in disqualification.
Accident insurance and third party insurance is the responsibility of the participant.
5.The organizer does not assume any responsibility for injuries / loss / theft of people and objects. By signing the entry form, the participant confirms that he is insured against accidents and against third parties in a sufficient amount and with appropriate liability. With the same signature, he confirms that he is familiar with the rules of the competition, that he agrees with them and that he will abide by them.
6.Additions of a stopwatch on the steering wheel are allowed. Discs and wheels with at least three “spokes” are allowed. Recumbent and HPV bicycles are prohibited! In case of doubt, the decision rests with the technical director of the event. The above will be decided on a case-by-case basis, especially with regard to general safety.
7.Sponsorship advertising on jerseys is allowed. An additional official sponsor mark is mandatory if the organizer so decides.
8.Counting of laps is done automatically with the help of chips, which are part of the competition number, and which each competitor must attach to the bike according to the instructions when picking it up. The number may not be cut or altered in any other way. In the case of a spare wheel, the competitor receives 2 numbers. After completion, the numbers are returned to the application service.
9.The ultramarathon is not closed to traffic, participants must comply with the road traffic regulations of the Republic of Croatia. Competitors are responsible for their own safety and the safety of other road users. In case of dangerous driving due to fatigue or drowsiness, the director of the ultramarathon can exclude the participant and order a 30-minute rest.
10. Escort vehicles and personal vehicles or any assistance on the road are prohibited, except in the designated area and upon notification to the technical director. It is forbidden to take refreshments during the ultramarathon from people on bicycles without a starting number and from motorcyclists and motorists, unless it is an official vehicle of the organizer. It is allowed to add food to cyclists with a starting number.
11.Riding in the lee of motorized and non-motorized vehicles of all types, except for other cyclists with starting numbers, is punished by disqualification. The same applies to shortening the route – immediate disqualification.
12.In case the cyclist goes off course, the ultramarathon can continue, but must return to the point where he left the course. He must immediately notify the timing service personally or with the help of a team. He must report the starting number, place and time.
13.During the ultramarathon, participants are allowed an unlimited number of stops. Riding over the start-finish carpet is only allowed for cyclists participating in the ultramarathon.
14.Only fully driven circuits are taken into account in each category. Cyclists can finish the lap they started at least 1 second before the end of the competition time (11h 59min 59s and 23h 59min 59sec). A motorcycle escort of judges will be used to achieve individual or team records. In the case of an equal number of laps and kilometers, the order at the finish line (time of arrival at the finish line) is taken into account.
15.In the event of catastrophically bad weather or extraordinary circumstances, the event manager may decide to shorten or cancel the ultramarathon. In this case, the entry fees are not refunded to the participants. Equally, unused services of the organizer will not be compensated.
16.Cyclists or teams that will withdraw must inform the organizer as soon as possible (return of start numbers and chips at the registration office).
17. Writing/drawing messages on the road surface is prohibited. The costs of removing or cleaning up such fan writing will be imposed on the offending team. This will be dealt with by the responsible persons.
18.Each participant (solo and team) will receive a starting number. The participant is obliged to place the number on the bicycle according to the instructions of the organizer so that it is clearly visible to the organizer/judges. A driver whose number is not visible will be disqualified. It is also used in bad weather conditions.
19.In the start-finish plane, we will strictly adhere to the speed limit of 25 km/h and the prohibition of overtaking competitors. It is valid from the right turn towards finish line, 30 meter before finish line and before right turning towards passing under the railway. Penalty for the offense for the first time will be a warning (about which the competition team is informed), and every subsequent time 5km will be deleted from the final result achieved within 12 or 24 hours.
20.Adding food and drinks to solo competitors takes place only from the right turn on the road before Stadium Oriovac to the right (20 m before the Amareto bar), Feed Zone is clearly marked, and otherwise exclusively on the right side of the track. The second Feed Zone is located in Slavonski Koboš, at the 8th kilometer of track. So a competitor who wants to pick up a water bottle/food/whatever has to line up on the right side of the track, competitors who continue riding without distractions stay on the left side of the track. In case the competitor further reduces the speed when taking over, it is allowed to overtake him only on the left side. Competitors without a team must stop in their pit.
21.The team consists of two / four drivers. Teams are divided into female, male or mixed, if more than three teams of each type are registered. Otherwise, all teams count as a common category. There must be at least one competitor in a mixed team.
22.Only one team driver can be on the competition track. Team members can change as often as they like, but the change must be made in an officially designated change area. The exchange is done by “give me high five” by touching the hands or touching the upper part of the body of the competitor who will start the track next. In special cases (for example for security reasons), the organizer can take the right to change the provisions of this rule – even during the competition itself – but must inform the teams about the change in time. A team member who started a certain round must finish it in its entirety. “Circle sharing” between multiple team members is not allowed and results in immediate disqualification!!! In case of a bike breakdown or other mechanical issue, the rider can receive assistance from the team but must complete the circuit completely.
23.An appeal against the decision of the competition manager or the behavior of opposing teams or participants is possible with a deposit of €70.00. The deposit is returned in case of a positive solution to the complaint. The objection must be submitted in writing by the participant himself or his team leader during the ultramarathon itself or up to one hour after the end, before the awards are presented.
24.After the end of the ultramarathon, participants receive diplomas with the length of kilometers traveled. The first three in the category receive medals and/or cups.
25.Special awards for achievements such as world record, fastest lap, fair-play or other special achievements will be decided by the event director with the organizing committee before, during or after the event, if there is sufficient reason to do so.
26.The main purpose of this ultramarathon is to bring endurance or ultra cycling to the general public. The financial aspect of the event is in the background. In case of earnings, it will be used for other sporting events.

General rule
Since it is impossible to predict all situations that may occur during the event, the organizer will decide on each unforeseen and unexpected event separately. Warnings, time charges, fines or disqualification may apply. In case of immediate disqualification, the participant is not entitled to any compensation.
Safety, sportsmanship and honesty are fundamental values expected from participants, their teams and organizers. The rider is responsible for the actions of his companions. In case of inappropriate behavior of his support team, the driver can also be disqualified.
